The Austonian is a proposed $200 million luxury condo development planned for Second/Congress. If accepted as proposed, the design would rise over 700 feet, towering over the 33-story Frost Bank Tower (currently the tallest building in Austin) & rising much higher than the 44 story residential tower that is the tallest building under construction.
The Austonian's upscale units are planned to start in the $500k range, but the smallest units are much larger than the competition, at 1200 square feet. The project will offer a concierge service, a residential fitenss facility, & a pool with deck overlooking Congress Ave.
The Austonian was designed by Ziegler Cooper architects of Houston.
