Located almost next door to the Convention Center (two of the original Railyard buildings were demolished during construction of the Center), the Railyard offers an affordable solution to the housing question.
Understanding that not all people who work and play in the 6th Street Entertainment District or the 2 nd Street Retail District want to take their "work" home, Railyard has created an environment where one can escape the rat race and still stay close to the action.
There is a fantastic pool and limited covered parking. The owners' association (the complex is 90% owner occupied) strives to help keep the complex a wonderful place for all the owners and their guests.
